Product Overview
Fused white corundum (white fused alumina) is a premium artificial abrasive widely used as functional filler and reinforcing aggregate for polyurethane floor coatings. Thanks to its high alumina purity, great mechanical strength and superior chemical inertness, it is an ideal alternative to common quartz sand, greatly improving the wear resistance, anti-slip performance and overall service life of PU flooring.

- Main Composition: α-Al₂O₃ ≥ 99.0%
- Mohs Hardness: 9.0
- Ferric Oxide (Fe₂O₃): ≤ 0.05%, effectively avoid yellowing and rust stains
- Moisture Content: ＜ 0.1%, no caking during construction
- Particle Shape: Well-shaped equiaxed grains, high bulk density, good flowability
- Chemical Resistance: Resistant to acids, alkalis and organic solvents, fully compatible with polyurethane resin

- 150# Fused White Corundum
Coarser particles for middle layer and broadcast aggregate. Great anti-impact and compression resistance, suitable for heavy traffic areas such as logistics warehouses and factory workshops with frequent vehicle passing.
- 180# Fused White Corundum
Universal medium grade. Balanced abrasion resistance and construction performance. It is the mainstream choice for most polyurethane wear-resistant flooring projects.
- 220# Fused White Corundum
Fine particles for top coat and surface finishing. Produces smooth, uniform and dust-free floor surface, easy to clean and maintain. Perfect for clean rooms, supermarkets, exhibition halls and high-end commercial floors.
